Our Training Development Plan allows continuous monitoring of each employees individual needs in updating or learning new skills, and we have a Health and Safety Policy covering each site.
Each of our employees have attended a CITB training course in Health and Safety. In addition, we have a contracted Health and Safety Consultancy to constantly monitor health and safety plans and risk assessments.
