We have a policy of employing ‘all trades’, thus reducing our dependency on sub-contactors and ensuring the highest quality of craftmanship. Where we do use sub-contactors for specialised areas such as blacksmiths, these businesses have worked with us for a number of years and are well aware of the standards we require. Our Sandbank workshop has benchhand joiners producing non-standard items to the quality standards we have set.
